| The Carteia Restaurant is named after a nearby
ancient city, the ruins of which you can visit.
The famous condiment Garum was manufactured from salting fish entrails
for shipping all over the Roman Empire. Fish entrails are not found
‘a la Carte’ but you will find traditional and international
dishes to suit all tastes, plus a vegetarian selection on our menu.
Meals can be enjoyed in the air conditioned interior or the covered
terrace by the pool. We especially enjoy Sundays when we prepare
our special buffet menu with a typical selection of Roast Meats
and traditional accompaniments, with an appetising selection of
starters and home made puddings and desserts to finish.
